SMI Group represents a sole-distributor for Golden Dragon buses such as express buses, mini-buses, city buses, school buses in joint with Singapore-based award-winning Abwin Pte Ltd.

To facilitate and upgrade Myanmar’s transportation sector, SMI has imported Singapore LTA (Land Transport Authority) approved 25 of 18-seaters buses to serve a route between Mandalay, Myin Chan and Bagan.

SIM also proposed to import more buses to run the express bus service for the routes such as Yangon-Mawlamyaing, Yangon- Mandalay, Yangon-Pa-an and Yangon-Myawaddy.

As a tender offer proposal, SIM bid for importing 30 buses of 7.7-metre shuttle at Airport.

XML6125J “Explorer” is high-class coach developed purposely for the tourism and medium-to-long distance transportation, "Explorer" is of bouncy appearance, spacious cabin, broad vision, and excellent dynamic performance with fuel economy and driving comfort. Based on its rich options and good property towards the favorable price, "Explorer" dedicates to satisfy the requirements from various clients.

"Explorer" emphasizes the plain outline with divided panels to express the powerful and sculpture like features. Lively combination headlights and the concise taillights demonstrate the design philosophy of sobriety and dynamism.

The interiors retain a consistent shaping style incorporative with home design concepts, making the vehicle a modern, luxurious and comfy treatment. The large windows and the proper interior rack design have effectively broadened passenger's vision. The rack console has equipped for the individual control on reading lamp, vent flow, as well as service button on passenger’s convenience.

In order to meet the various requirements, customized items would be provided, such as lavatory, water dispenser, refrigerator and multi-channel A/V systems. Air conditioning and heating systems are optional for the regions of different weather conditions, like the tropic, the temperate and the frigid climate. The seats layout can be arranged for different purpose with capacity up to 53 (driver inc.), and with the option of wheel chair facility.

7.7M Minibus - XML6770

XML6770 inherits the body structure of classic XML6700 and adopts the constant-pressure rigid closed loop design of Golden Dragon, with full metal stamping skinning. The lengthened wheelbase and rear overhang endow XML6770 a better comfort and stability.

Meanwhile, Golden Dragon XML6770 has lengthen its body with a maximum seats of 31, and is equipped with a 3.8L engine; comparing to other similar products, it provides superior carrying capacity and comfort; with the adjustment of the front wheel positioning and the improved suspension, the driving and operating stability is enhanced; many optimized designs are adopted, such as the improvement of brake system, adoption of aluminum alloy air cylinder, increase of fuel tank capacity, improvement of tire grade and the like.

More thoughts and ideas have been integrated into the interior trim manufacturing of XML6770. Even the installation positions of the newly developed instrument desk, reserved display screen, monitor and the like are determined with careful consideration.
